What is a photo booth experience and how does it work?
Our photo booths and selfie pods are a fun, interactive addition to any event — from weddings and parties to conferences and brand activations. Guests simply step in, choose their props (or your branding), and strike a pose. Prints and digital copies are ready in seconds, giving every guest an instant keepsake — or your business a shareable piece of content.

Can the booth be customised or branded?
Yes. Our design team can tailor the screen, prints, and props to suit your theme or brand. For weddings and parties, that might mean matching your colour scheme or adding names and dates to the print border. For corporate events, we can build in your logo, brand colours, and campaign messaging across the interface and prints.

Are photos printed instantly, and can we get digital copies too?
Yes, prints take around 10 seconds. Every guest also gets a digital copy, and after the event all your images and videos are delivered via a secure online cloud gallery — plus a Facebook album if you'd like one. Great for reliving the memories, or for your marketing team to use in follow-up content.

Do you offer a digital-only option, without prints?
Yes — if you don't need physical prints, we offer a digital-only hire. Guests still get the full booth experience, and every photo is delivered straight to the online gallery for instant sharing and download. This is a popular choice for exhibitions and brand activations where digital reach matters more than paper prints.

How much does it cost?
Prices are tailored to your event and start from £329, depending on package and hire length. For corporate bookings involving bespoke branding, multi-day hire, or exhibitions, get in touch with your event details and we'll put together a proposal — we can also work to PO numbers and invoicing terms if needed.

How can I secure a booking, and what are the payment terms?
A non-refundable booking fee of £75 secures your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 8 weeks before your event. For events booked within 8 weeks of the date, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with us directly.

How long is the hire, and can we extend it?
Minimum hire is two hours. We recommend 3 hours for parties and weddings so guests aren't queuing, and 3–4 hours for corporate events with larger attendee numbers. Our Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages cover 2, 3, and 4 hours respectively, with extra time available at £50/hour.

How much space and power will the booth need?
The booth measures 2m (H) x 1.3m (W) x 2.3m (L), plus around 1.5m for a props or branding table. If space is tight — common at exhibition stands or smaller venues — our selfie pod has a smaller footprint (2m x 1.3m x 1m) and delivers the same quality. We're happy to liaise directly with your venue on placement and power.

How long does setup take?
We allow 1 hour to set up and test the equipment before your event starts. If you need us to arrive and set up earlier than this, that's no problem — an idle charge of £50 per hour applies for the additional time before your hire officially begins.

Do we need to supply anything, or will there be someone running the booth?
No — we take care of everything. A trained operator is on-site throughout the hire period to run the booth, manage the queue, and help guests, so there's no need for you or your team to get involved. Bring your own props if you like — themed prop boxes are available on request.

Are you insured?
Yes — we carry £5 million public liability insurance and all our equipment is PAT tested, which covers you whether you're booking a marquee wedding, a private party, or a hotel conference venue.

Can I get copies of the photos after the event?
All your photos and videos are uploaded to a secure online gallery, which you and your guests can access after the event. A shared Facebook album is also available on request — perfect for guests to download from directly, or for pulling content for a post-event wrap-up.

Do you cover areas outside Sussex and Surrey?
Yes — while we're based in the South East, we cover weddings, parties, and corporate events across the UK and internationally. Let us know your venue and we'll sort the logistics.
